Pendragon, our test server, is currently quite undermanned. If it is to turn
into a "real" testing server, then we're going to need to have more people
playing on it. To wit, I'm making the following announcements:



We won't do character wipes on Pendragon.



Starting quite soon, Pendragon will be manned with Customer Support staff,
who will treat the server as they do any other "normal" server. This means
that your appeals will be heard and dealt with by CS staff when you are
playing on Pendragon.



We will also bring up message boards whose focus will be solely on Pendragon
issues, bug reporting, and testing results. These boards will not be open to
the public, since the sheer number of posts would overwhelm us. However, for
a limited time, if you are interested in "signing up" to be a tester, we
will provide you with a message board account. Please note that these boards
will be heavily moderated, and board members who are deemed not helpful will
be removed from the board access list. To sign up to be a member of the
Pendragon team, send email to Lori Silva at "lori@mythicentertainment.com".
Once we have received enough emails to ensure a steady board presence by the
testers, Lori will stop accepting email requests for Pendragon Message Board
accounts.



Our overall goal with Pendragon is to make it a "normal" server with a
tight-knit group of testers/players who want to be part of the Camelot QA
and "new feature" testing process. We're going to do whatever we can to
ensure that playing on Pendragon is as normal as playing on any other
server, with the exception that you'll be testing new features.
